Classes

Group classes: All students take group classes that are one hour long, which are paid for on a yearly tuition plan. Each summer, a two-week dance intensive is mandatory for each student after the third year, if that student wishes to progress to the arangetram or to perform with the Natya Dance Theatre Company.

Private classes are offered only at advanced levels or at the discretion of the Artistic Director.

Free Technique classes: NDT offers free technique classes for all students year round and all students are encouraged to attend. During these sessions, all levels attend the class where specific technique on nritta, the pure dance element, is developed.
