Natya Presents:
Gajja Puja: Reya Sawlani

Natya Dance Theatre invites you to the Gajja Puja of Reya Sawlani, disciple of Smt Hema Rajagopalan, Artistic Director, and Smt Krithika Rajagopalan, Co-Artistic Director.

A Gajja Puja is a ceremony that honors a dancer’s ankle bells or Salangai and signifies that a dancer has come to level of mastery with the foundational training of their art. Each student performs full length solo or group concert to display their 7+ years of formal training. Join us in celebrating the artistic accomplishments of our senior students at their arangetrams this summer!

Performance is free and open to the public.

Performance begins at 10:30 AM [seating begins at 10:00am]
