The Seventh Love is a collaboration between Natya Dance Theatre and Lookingglass Theatre co-founder David Kersnar. The work takes its name from the Buddhist concept of the five aspects of love (attention, affection, acceptance, allowance, and appreciation), adding in ‘perfect love’ and, the ultimate, selfless love. Staged as a discussion between a sage and a king, this work examines relationships through stories from the life of Krishna.
